Method
- In a pan over medium heat add the olive oil and onion. Sautee until onions are translucent.
- Add garlic, tomatoes, white wine, basil, beans, butter alternative. Stir until combined. Cover and simmer until beans are mushy.
- Cook fettuccine according to package directions. Drain, add to pan with sauce.
- Stir the fettuccine with the sauce over medium heat until evenly coated. Serve.If not vegan, top with fresh parm.
