great northern beans
drained, but not rinsed

minced garlic

butter alternative

fettuccine

crushed tomatoes

fresh basil leaves

cup
white wine
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
Instructions
In a pan over medium heat add the olive oil and onion. Sautee until onions are translucent.
Add garlic, tomatoes, white wine, basil, beans, butter alternative. Stir until combined. Cover and simmer until beans are mushy.
Cook fettuccine according to package directions. Drain, add to pan with sauce.
Stir the fettuccine with the sauce over medium heat until evenly coated. Serve.
If not vegan, top with fresh parm.
